Media industry: Straight outta Compton (Mr Buckmaster)

The industry is representing the film as an interesting look into the background. they show some of the more violent parts to draw people in to watch it. It shows a good picture of what the films about and what the story line is. the movie is about N.W.A which consisted of; Dr Dre, E-easy, Ice cube, MC Ren, DJ yella, The D.O.C and the Arabian prince  What they say?: they use the film to show the audience different cultures and shows the audience a bit of historical context

There are three major companies within the UK film industry. They are as followed, BBFC, IPSO and OFCOM. BBFC: British Board of Film Classification. The BBFC are responsible for choosing the right classifications and age ratings. They are guide to media content. They focus on protecting the public eye especially children from content that might raise harm risks. The age classifications:   The IPSO (The Independent Press Standards Organisation) things the IPSO do: Regulates over 1500 print and 1100 online titles Takes complaints about possible breaches of the Editors' Code of Practice Help with unwanted press attention or harassment concerns Low-cost arbitration scheme Guidance for editors and journalists Advice about the Editors' Code Journalists' Whistleblowing Hotline OFCOM               Ofcom is the communications regulator in the UK.
